1. Make sure the headphone wire fully plug in the audio jack;

Can't Charge

Can the headphone charge on the socket or power Bank? because the output current is small, the headset can not be detected, so it can not charge with power Bank . It is recommended to use a dedicated charging cable to charge on the socket. If it is not used for a long time, it needs to be charged with a high-power charging head for half an hour.

Note: Since the earphone battery does not use the battery for a long time and goes into the sleep state, it needs a high-power charging head to activate. If this method is invalid and can be sent back for replacement.
