You may need to connect manually your new device with Dacom headphone for the first time, or connect manually your Bluetooth device after resetting your headphone.
Bluetooth Connection
1. After taken out from the charging case, headphone will not automatically turn on. Long press the MFB button on the headphone for about 5 seconds. The indicators will flash alternately with blue and red, and headphone is in the pairing state;
2. In the pairing state, turn on the Bluetooth function on your phone and search for the headphone's pairing name “Bluetooth 6P”;
3. Click the pairing name on your phone and connect. If the headphone are connected to the phone successfully, the voice will prompt “Connected” and the indicator will be off.
Automatic Connection
1. Within connection range, earphones will automatically connect to the paired Bluetooth device after it turned on;
2. If the earphones not connected, short press the MFB button to automatically connect the paired Bluetooth device;
3. If you are disconnected device due to calling, listen to music, standby status, or within 3 minutes away from the device, you can automatically connect back to the device when you return to the connectable range.
Note: When earphones is paired for the first time, please control the distance between Bluetooth earphones and the mobile phone within 1 meter.
Turn on Bluetooth on Your Phone
Different phones may have different methods when starting the Bluetooth function, but the operations in the Android or iOS operating system are generally same. Here's how to turn on Bluetooth in each system:
Android System
1. Turn on your phone and go to settings > Wireless & networks > Bluetooth settings;
2. Choose the button next to "Bluetooth" to turn on Bluetooth function;
3. Bluetooth device list will be displayed, and click on “Search for new device”;
4. If the pair name of the Dacom headphone products appear in the list, tap it to connect and use it.
iOS System
1. Turn on your phone and go to "Settings" > "Bluetooth";
2. Move the "Bluetooth" slider to the "on" position;
3. The Bluetooth device list will be displayed, click on “Search for new device”;
4. If the pair name of the Dacom headset product appears in the list, tap it to connect and use it.
Not appear Bluetooth pairing name when searching for a Bluetooth device; Sound is blurred after the Bluetooth connection, etc., you can solve it by the following methods:
1. Keep the distance between the two devices within 9 meters (30 feet) or less;
2. Use it far away other Bluetooth devices, microwave ovens, wireless routers, and other electronic products;
3. Make sure the Dacom product and the Bluetooth device are fully charged and turned on;
4. Increase the volume of the Dacom product and the paired Bluetooth device;
5. You can also try to re-pair Dacom product with Bluetooth device.
